If you are self-funding, please contact us for a fee schedule. If you are on a low income, we may be able to spread the cost over 3 months. If we are traveling to see your child at home or at school, there is a charge for travel time and mileage. Our fees are based on an hourly rate to ensure that you are only charged for the actual work that is undertaken in relation to your child.

If you are funded by private health insurance, we are registered with BUPA, AXA-PPP, Cigna, AVIVA

Prior to the first appointment we will send out questionnaires for you to fill in so that we can obtain relevant background information. If appropriate, questionnaires will also be sent to school (but only with your consent). We will meet parents and children separately at the first session (depending on your child’s age), and a telephone consultation can be provided prior to a first appointment.

Assessment length can vary depending upon the individual child and the referral question. Neuropsychological assessments take between 3 and 5 hours. This may be spread over two sessions, depending on your child.

Treatment sessions generally last between 1 and 1.5 hours.

All information is confidential within the boundaries of safeguarding. For example, if your child is at significant risk of harm or of harming others, then other agencies will need to be contacted to ensure their safety. We would aim to discuss this with you beforehand.

We offer a range of appointment times and also offer home and school visits. We offer appointments weekdays from Monday to Thursday and occasional week end appointments.
